The mentioning of matters for urgent circulation before theHon'ble Vacation Judges will be permitted upto 2.00 p.m. only,provided the matters are filed in the Registry and numbered ORthe Lodgment number or the Stamp number as the case may be,have been obtained from the Registry. Any matter(s) mentionedafter 2.00 p.m. will not be placed on the board on the followingday but the same will be placed on the Board on the day after,unless the Court in exceptional case of extreme urgencyotherwise directs;4.
