Bhatkar will be Vacation DivisionBench for the Original Side and Appellate Side workand will sit in <strong>Court</strong> Room No. 6, Ground Floor,<strong>High</strong> <strong>Court</strong> Main Building on Monday, the 2 nd January,2012 at 11.00 a.m.;During the period from Saturday, the 31 st December,2011 to Tuesday, the 3 rd January, 2012 the Hon'bleShri Justice A.V. Nirgude will be sitting singly for theOriginal Side Single Judge's work and His Lordship willsit in <strong>Court</strong> Room No. 6, Ground Floor, <strong>High</strong> <strong>Court</strong>Main Building on Monday, the 2 nd January, 2012 andTuesday, the 3 rd January 2012 after the DivisionBench work is over, and if no Division Bench work, then at11.00 a.m.3. The mentioning of matters for urgent circulation before theHon'ble Vacation Judges will be permitted upto 2.00 p.m. only,provided the matters are filed in the Registry and numbered ORthe Lodgment number or the Stamp number as the case may be,have been obtained from the Registry. Any matter(s) mentionedafter 2.00 p.m. will not be placed on the board on the followingday but the same will be placed on the Board on the day after,unless the <strong>Court</strong> in exceptional case of extreme urgencyotherwise directs;4. The urgent matters wherein notice has been served on the otherside and directed to be circulated will be placed on Board andthe same will be heard and disposed of in accordance with theOrder in which they are listed on the Board. The Boards will bedisplayed on the Notice Board as well as outside the concerned<strong>Court</strong>-rooms;5.
