Throughoutthe analysis tabulations are made along with tenure (shown in the previous chapter).4.2 Type of housingThe table below shows current accommodation types in the City. The table shows that 11.4% ofhouseholds live in houses or bungalows, whilst 88.6% live in flats. The main house type in the Cityis a purpose built flat. There are relatively few houses/bungalows outside of the owner-occupied tenuregroup.
