The results show that almost half of key worker households moving in the lastfive years were private renting households, a proportion below that of non-key worker households.Some 49 of the 931 key worker households that were previously private renting were living in tiedaccommodation. Key worker households were more likely to have moved from social rented andowner-occupied accommodation, whilst a smaller proportion of non-key worker households werenewly forming.
