1992 United Nations — Treaty Series • Nations Unies — Recueil des Traités________67Article 28(1) The Signatories shall comply in good faith with allobligations undertaken in this Agreement and shall extend fullco-operation to the United Nations, including the provision ofthe information which UNTAC requires in the fulfilment of itsmandate.(2) The signature on behalf of Cambodia by the members of theSNC shall commit all Cambodian parties and armed forces to theprovisions of this Agreement.Article 29Without prejudice to the prerogatives of the SecurityCouncil of the United Nations, and upon the request of theSecretary-General, the two Co-Chairmen of the Paris Conferenceon Cambodia, in the event of a violation or threat of violationof this Agreement, will immediately undertake appropriateconsultations, including with members of the Paris Conferenceon Cambodia, with a view to taking appropriate steps to ensurerespect for these commitments.Article 30This Agreement shall enter into force upon signature.Article 31This Agreement shall remain open for accession by allStates. The instruments of accession shall be deposited withthe Governments of the French Republic and the Republic ofIndonesia. For each State acceding to the Agreement it shallenter into force on the date of deposit of its instruments ofaccession.
