Adm. Code 140.16, 140.17 or 140.18) at the time themedical services were provided; andC) expenses for long term care services, subject to the limitations ofthis subsection (f)(7) and provided that the services were notprovided by a facility to a person admitted during a time thefacility was subject to the sanction of non-payment for newadmissions (see 305 ILCS 5/12-4.25(I)(3));8) Amounts to maintain a residence in the community for up to six monthswhen:A) the person does not have a spouse and/or dependent children in thehome;B) a physician has certified that the stay in the facility is temporaryand the individual is expected to return home within six months;C) the amount of the deduction is based on:i) the rent or property expense allowed under the AABDMAG standard if the person was at home (see 89 Ill. Adm.Code 113.248); andii) the utility expenses that would be allowed under the AABDMAG standard if the person was at home (see 89 Ill. Adm.Code 113.249).Allow a $90.00 per month income disregard for veterans, who have neitherspouse nor dependent child, or surviving spouses, who do not have a dependentchild, who reside in long term care facilities who receive reduced monthlyveterans benefits in the amount of $90.00. Persons allowed the $90.00 per monthincome disregard are not also permitted the $30.00 per month personal allowance(see Section 120.40).f) Deduction from MANG program1) A deduction from the MANG program participant's income shall bepermitted for up to six months to maintain a residence in the community
