Participants receive 6-month access to anonline portal from which they can, at their convenience,launch each session, take prep exams, access onlineresources, interact with fellow participants and receive expertmentoring. Commitment and support for ‘Lean Thinking’in any organization needs to come from the top down forsupport, and from the bottom up for implementation.
