The substructure has twoprecast crib wall abutments with concrete bases and a pier consisting of a concrete cap andfooting with five RCCP columns. The overall length of the bridge is 101'-4" with a clearroadway of 19'-11". The main beams, which bear on steel plates, have W14diaphragms spanning between them. The four-foot cantilever on each side is diagonally bracedfrom the main beam at about a 45-degree angle. The bridge has its original two-strand steelrailing and posts, which rises about 5'-5" from the bottom of the floor beams. The wingwalls areprecast concrete cribbing with a concrete base, similar to the abutments.
