Therapeutic Infusion SystemsMerit Medical offers a complete line of catheter-directed thrombolysis products. The 4 and 5 FrenchFountain ® Infusion Systems are available with the Squirt ® fluid dispensing system or with an infusionsystem containing a high pressure check-relief valve and infusion syringe. Both systems contain anAccessPlus hemostasis valve and a 20 mL reservoir syringe. The Fountain infusion catheter deliversthrombolytic agents for uniform, high-pressure jets of thrombolic agents. The catheter side ports rotatecircumferentially around the catheter and along the entire length of the infusion segment providing auniform dispersion of the agent within the thrombus.

The MAK’s smaller size minimizes bleeding and trauma tothe surrounding tissue.
