Thesecredits or the MSE in Special Education alone do not providefull endorsement.)The degree includes 36-40 credit hours dependent uponchoice of option. Both options require that two-thirds (2/3) ofthe course work be completed at the 600 level. The MSE inSpecial Education is based on the guidelines of the Council forExceptional Children.Any student who has completed SPD 430 and/or SPD 452at <strong>Wayne</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>College</strong> or an equivalent from another institutionshould not enroll in the 500-level courses.
