Company News 公 司 簡 訊HVAC System Training for Hotel Industry暖 通 空 調 系 統 培 訓 予 酒 店 業Being kindly supported by Asian Institute of Intelligent Buildings (AIIB), the HVAC Systems training for hotelengineers was successfully held on 9 May 2012. The course is of a crucial goal of guiding participants to learnhow to improve and optimize the system efficiency of the HVAC Systems in hotel industry. The seminar was wellpopulatedby members of Hong Kong Hotels Association on the day. At the beginning of the course, Building EnergyCode (BEC) was introduced, followed by sessions about Variable Primary Flow System and TA Hydronics Systems.With the vivid enthusiasm of participants, the event ran smoothly to the second half starting with an update of theGreen Refrigerant. Cooling Tower Application and HVAC products (DCBL fan coil unit) were also deeply discussed.Last but not the least, the seminar has reached its finale with the topic of Advanced Chiller Plant Controls System.The seminar had received active interactions and attentions. Rear to the training course, the attending participantshad all gained fruitful knowledge about minimizing the energy consumption in HVAC Systems as well as achievingthe requirement of BEC.在 亞 洲 智 能 建 築 學 會 的 支 持 下 , 暖 通 空 調 系 統 培 訓 成 功 在 2012 年 5 月 9 日 舉 行 予 香 港 酒 店 業 協 會 會 員 。 課 程 主 要 目 標 為引 導 參 加 者 學 習 如 何 提 升 及 優 化 酒 店 業 界 的 暖 通 空 調 系 統 效 能 。 是 次 活 動 得 到 參 加 者 的 熱 烈 支 持 , 多 名 酒 店 業 協 會 會員 踴 躍 參 與 。 課 程 由 建 築 物 能 源 效 益 守 則 揭 開 序 幕 , 緊 接 著 是 有關 一 次 泵 變 流 量 系 統 及 TA Hydronics 平 衡 閥 系 統 講 解 。 在 參 加 者的 熱 情 參 與 下 , 培 訓 課 程 順 利 到 達 下 半 部 份 , 並 以 綠 色 冷 煤 新 知為 主 題 。 此 外 , 也 深 入 討 論 了 水 塔 系 統 應 用 和 暖 通 空 調 設 備 產 品( 無 斷 變 速 直 流 風 機 盤 管 機 組 ) 的 最 新 資 訊 。 最 後 , 活 動 以 先 進 冷水 機 房 控 制 系 統 作 為 結 尾 項 目 。 研 討 會 中 雙 方 積 極 地 作 出 交 流 及發 問 , 氣 氛 良 好 。 經 過 是 次 課 程 , 出 席 者 均 對 減 低 暖 通 空 調 的 能量 消 耗 量 及 達 至 建 築 物 能 源 效 益 守 則 要 求 增 長 了 不 少 知 識 。
