Children in the care of a local authority<str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> children who were looked after butceased <strong>to</strong> be so because they wereadopted (or became subject <strong>to</strong> aresidence order) immediately after theyhad been looked after. Providedappropriate evidence is submitted.2. The John Madejski Academy admits up<strong>to</strong> 10% of 180 (18) pupils each year byreference <strong>to</strong> aptitude in its chosenspecialism – sport.
