Sit in a chair with yourhead up and your backstraight. Feet should be onthe floor.2. Pull one knee up and thenstraighten leg out.3. Hold and then bend kneeback and lower foot tofloor.4. Repeat with the other leg.Straight leg lift1. Sit in chair with your head up andyour back straight. Press yourback into the chair. Feet shouldbe flat on the floor.2. Straighten one leg out, pointingyour toes.3. Try to lift your thigh off thechair, and hold.4. Slowly lower your leg to bringyour foot back down to the floor.5. Repeat the exercise with yourother leg.1


Hamstring curl1. Stand behind a chair with your toesforward. Hold onto the back of thechair for support. Stand up straight andsteady.2. Stand with your weight on one foot andhave the other leg back slightly, toes onthe ground.3. Lift the foot by bending the knee backtoward your buttocks and hold.4. <strong>Lower</strong> the foot by straightening theknee.5. Change to the other leg.3
