Although there are manyways to provide the necessary control signals for DRAMs, the drive circuits described will provide insight into the controllogic that is necessary to use dynamic RAMs. TTL circuitry was selected in order to avoid the cost of a precision delay line.MaS MemoryApplications Engineering9-29
