It has 65,536 bits organizedas 8,192 words of 8-bit length. The TMS2764-20 only requires a single 5-volt power supply with a tolerance of ±5%,and has a maximum access time of 200 ns. This access time is compatible with high-performance microprocessors.The TMS2764 provides two output control lines: Output Enable (G) and Chip Enable {E). This feature allows the Gcontrol line to eliminate bus contention in microprocessor systems.
