İhale dokümanı CD’sinde eksiklik veya hata olmasıdurumunda idarede basılı alım dokümanı geçerlidir.The procurement documents may be given out in CD formaton the demand of the bidder, the number ofthe given CD shall appear on the list of contents. In case there appears a fault on the content of the CD,the hard copies at the Contracting Entity will be valid.4.3. İstekli, alım dokümanını oluşturan belgelerin aslına uygunluğunu ve belgelerin tamam olupolmadığını kontrol eder. Kontrolü müteakip; dokümanı oluşturan belgelerin teslim alındığına dair, biriistekliye verilmek üzere 2 (iki) nüsha imzalı standart form düzenlenir. Standart form üzerine, isteklitarafından teslim alınan dokümanın CD’sinin numarası yazılacaktır.The bidder shall check the conformity of all the documents with their respective originals and theircompleteness on the list of contents. Following this control; bidder delivers the signed list confirming thatthe Bidder has received all of the documents in line with the originals. Alımdokümanını internetten tedarik eden isteklinin, idarenin belgegeçerine kendi tebligat adresini aynı günbildirmesi gerekmektedir. Adresini bildirmeyen ve olabilecek değişikliği (zeyilname, idarenin uygungörmesi halinde yapılacak açıklama, düzeltme ilanı v.b.) internette takip etmeyen istekliler yapılandeğişiklikten dolayı bilgi sahibi olmaması durumunda idareden herhangi bir hak talebinde bulunamaz.The procurement document is available at www.hvlojk.tsk.tr web site and can be downloaded freeof charge. The bidder who acquires the procurement document from the internet shall notify theContracting Entity his corresponding address via sending a fax to the Contracting Entity. The bidderswho did not notify their address and did not follow any possible amendment (annex, statement approvedby the Contracting Entity or correction etc.) on web site shall not claim any right from the ContractingEntity due to being failed to be informed of that amendment.5.
