Malzeme durum kodları: (FN=FACTORY NEW, NM=NEW MANUFACTURED, NS=NEWSURPLUS)Condition codes of goods are as follows: (FN=FACTORY NEW, NM=NEW MANUFACTURED,NS=NEW SURPLUS)FN= Bu durum kodu ile teklif verilen malzemeler ihale tarihinden en fazla bir yıl önce veya ihale tarihisonrası bir tarihte üretilmiş olacak ve üreticinin uygunluk belgesi ile (CoC; certificate of conformance)teslim edilecektir.FN= Goods ordered by this code shall have been produced maximum one year before the bidding dateor after the bidding date and shall be delivered with the certificate of conformance of the manufacturer.NM= Bu durum kodu ile teklif verilen malzemeler ihale tarihinden bir yıl önce ile ihale tarihinden en fazlaüç yıl öncesi tarih aralığında üretilmiş olacak ve üreticinin uygunluk belgesi ile (CoC; certificate ofconformance) teslim edilecektir. Malzemeler ihtiyaç fazlası olarak hükümetlerden veya firmalardanalınmış olmayacak, OEM veya yetkili imalatçıya kadar takip edilebilir olacaktır.
