Muhteviyat listesinde sevk faturasına tamamen uygun şekilde ambalajın içinde bulunanmalzemenin sıra numaraları, cins ve miktarları, net ve brüt ağırlıkları ve varsa F.S.N. parça numaralarıile Türkiye'deki teslim yeri gösterilecektir. Ayrıca söz konusu muhteviyat listesinin bir sureti HAVALOJİSTİK KOMUTANLIĞI Kay.Ynt.Kont.D.Bşk.lığına Etimesgut-Ankara/TÜRKİYE gönderilecektir.The number of the good, type and quantity, net and gross weights and N.S.N part numbers, ifany, as well as the delivery point in Turkey shall be stated in the list of contents which shall be in fullconformity with the shipping invoice. Hazırlanacak bu formlar malzemeler ile birlikte taşıyıcı acentaya teslimedilecektirAs for the purchases of dangerous goods, “Shipper’s declaration for dangerous goods" for airtransportation, “IMO dangerous good declaration” for sea transportation and other forms shall be filled inaccordance IATA (International Maritime Organization), IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods)principles and the packages shall be prepared considering IATA, IMO, IMDG, ISMJC 19 standards.These forms shall be presented to the transporting agency together with the good.46.9. Bütün ambalaj masrafları YÜKLENİCİ’ ye ait olacaktır. Teklifte ambalaj masraflarıgösterilmeyecektir. Malzemeler ambalajlanırken sevk yerlerine göre ayrı ayrı ambalajlanacak ve İDARE’ninbelirteceği sevk adresleri yazılacaktır. Sandıkların ve diğer ambalajların köşeleri gümrüklerde kolaycaayırt edilebilmeleri için "MAVİ” renkli bandla çerçevelenecektir.The goods shall be packed through being classified to their shipping points and the names of theshipping points to be stated by the Contracting Entity shall be underlined on each package.
