The statement mentioned above as “notification date when the material is available for inspection”means “delivery date” according to delivery method for foreign contractors (excluding the cases of whichinspection will be carried out abroad according to the tender document).43.2.15. Bu durumda yeni faturaya ait muayene belgesi, malzemenin uygun bulunduğu muayenebelgesine istinaden düzenlenir, tekrar muayenesi yapılmaz.In case delivered items have urgency, in order to use the accepted items after the inspection,invoice shall be canceled and shall be rearranged for the accepted items after the inspection. Yüklenici, varsa fabrikada yapılan kalite kontrol ve performans gibi test neticelerini de nihai testraporu olarak malzeme ile birlikte İdare’ye verecektir. Bu husus proforma faturada belirtilecektir.If any, The Contractor shall present the results of tests such as quality control and performancetest to the Contracting Entity accompanied by the goods.
