Contractors undertaking the consultancy services of the work tender shall not be entitled to bid inthis tender. Likewise, the contractors of the work for tender shall not bid for the consultancy services ofthereof. These prohibitions shall be valid for the companies with which these contractors havepartnership and management relations and those having more than half of the capital of thesecontractors’ companies.8.3. Furthermore, in the case that the procurement is awarded to one of these bidders due tothe fact that it is not detected at the stage of evaluation of the bids the procurement cancelled.9. Bu Şartnamede belirtilen bilgi ve belgeleri vermeyen veya yanıltıcı bilgi ve/veya sahte belge verdiğitespit edilen,Failing to submit the information and documents stated in this Contracting Entity’s SpecsDocument or submission of misleading and/or fraudulent documents.9.4. Bu Şartnamenin 8’inci maddesine göre ihaleye katılamayacağı belirtildiği halde ihaleye katılan.Offer submitted by the Bidder who is prohibited from bidding in accordance with Article 89.5. Bu Şartnamenin 10’uncu maddesinde belirtilen yasak fiil veya davranışlarda bulundukları tespitedilen.Prohibited acts or behaviors stated in Article 10 of this specification,9.6. Teklif veren isteklilerin bu şartnamenin 6.1.4, 9.1. ve 9.2’nci maddelerinde belirtilen hususlara ilişkinsonradan değişiklik olması halinde, bu durumun İdareye bildirileceğine dair beyanları ve sunduklarıbelgeler esas alınacaktır.Regarding the changes in accordance with situations mentioned in articles 6.1.4., 9.1. and 9.2.,written notifications and presented documents of the bidders, who were submitted bids for the tender,shall be accepted as basis indicating that this situation shall be notified to Contracting Entity.9.7.1.
