İSTEKLİLER TARAFINDAN TEKLİF VERİLİRKEN DİKKAT EDİLECEK HUSUSLARISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED/NOTICES FOR THE BIDDERS BEFORE SUBMITTING BIDS1. Teklif Mektubu (teklif fiyatını içeren Proforma Fatura) idari şartnamede istenen formattadüzenlenecektir. Teklif Mektubu (teklif fiyatını içeren Proforma Fatura) ilgili şartnamemaddelerine uygun şekilde düzenlenmemiş ise, isteklinin teklifi değerlendirilmeyerek,istekli değerlendirme dışı bırakılacaktır.Letter of Offer (Proforma Invoice which includes offer price) shall be submitted in fullaccordance with the Administrative Specification. If the Letter of Offer is not submitted inaccordance with the articles herein, the bid will not be taken into evaluation and excludedfrom the process.2. Belgeler/ taahhütler eksiksiz ve istenen onayları ile sunulacaktır.Documents/commitments shall be submitted with the required approvals.3. İsteklinin teklifinin değerlendirmeye alınması için İdari Şartname gereği teslim etmesigereken belgelerin tam ve usul ve mevzuata uygun olarak teslim edilmesi gerekir.Belgelerini tam ve usul ve mevzuata uygun olarak teslim etmeyen isteklilerin tekliflerideğerlendirme dışı bırakılmaktadır.In order to take the bid into evaluation, the bidder should duly submit the documents inaccordance with the legislations. The bids for which the documents are not submitted infull accordance with the legislations, shall be excluded from the assesment.4. Malzemeler siparişin verilmesini müteakip istekliler tarafından proforma faturadabelirtilecek olan tarihe kadar teslim edilecektir.The materials shall be delivered until the delivery date mentioned in proforma invoice bycontractor after the purchase order given.5. Bu alımda fiyat üzerine görüşme yapılmayacak ve teklifi değerlendirmeye alınanisteklilerin teklifleri üzerinden ihale kararı alınacaktır. Yeni bir indirim hakkı ve talebiverilmeyecektir.Negotiations on price shall not be made for this procurement and the contracting entityshall decide on the acqusition based on proposals of qualified bidders.
