Belgenin tasdik işleminden, belgedeki imzanın doğruluğunun, belgeyi imzalayan kişinin hangisıfatla imzaladığının ve varsa üzerindeki mühür veya damganın aslı ile aynı olduğunun teyidi işlemianlaşılır.Approval of the document corresponds to the confırmation of the authenticity of the signature onthe document, the authority of the signatory and the confirmation of the seal or stamp (if any) on thedocument.Apostille tasdik şerhi taşımayan veya tasdik işlemine ilişkin özel hükümler içeren bir anlaşma veyasözleşme kapsamında sunulmayan, yabancı ülkelerde düzenlenen belgelerin üzerindeki imzanın,mührün veya damganın, düzenlendiği ülkedeki Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Konsolosluğu tarafından veyasırasıyla, belgenin düzenlendiği ülkenin Türkiye’deki temsilciliği ile Türkiye Cumhuriyeti DışişleriBakanlığı tarafından tasdik edilmesi gerekir.Signature, seal or stamp on the documents prepared abroad which do not have Apostilleapproval or are not submitted under an agreement or contract comprising special terms for approvalshall be approved by the Consulate of Republic of Turkey in the related country or respectively by therepresentative office of the related country in Turkey and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic ofTurkey.Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Konsolosluğunun bulunmadığı ülkelerde düzenlenen belgeler ise sırasıyla,düzenlendiği ülkenin Dışişleri Bakanlığı, bu ülke ile ilişkilerden sorumlu Türkiye CumhuriyetiKonsolosluğu veya bu ülkenin Türkiye’deki temsilciliği ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığıtarafından tasdik edilmelidir. Fahri konsolosluklarca düzenlenenbelgelere dayanılarak işlem tesis edilmez.The documents prepared in the countries where Consulate of the Republic of Turkey is notavailable shall be approved respectively by the related country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Consulate ofthe Republic of Turkey responsible for the relations with this country or representative of that country inTurkey and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey. The documents prepared by the foreigncountry’s representative in Turkey shall be approved by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic ofTurkey. No procedure according to the documents prepared by the Consular Agencies shall apply.6.8 Tercümelerin Tasdiki /Approval of translations:a. Tercümelerin tasdik işleminden tercümeyi gerçekleştiren yeminli tercümanın imzası ve varsa belgeüzerindeki mührün ya da damganın aslı ile aynı olduğunun teyidi işlemi anlaşılır.Approval of the translations means notary-authentication of signature of the sworn translator and if any,of the seal or stamp on the document.b. Belgelerin tercümelerinin düzenlendiği ülkedeki yeminli tercüman tarafından yapılmış olması vetercümesinde Apostille tasdik şerhi taşıması halinde bu tercümelerde başkaca bir tasdik şerhi aranmaz.Bu tercümelerin Apostille tasdik şerhi taşımaması durumunda ise tercümelerdeki imza ve varsaüzerindeki mühür veya damga, bu ülkedeki Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Konsolosluğu tarafından veya sırasıylabelgenin düzenlendiği ülkenin Türkiye’deki temsilciliği ile Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığıtarafından tasdik edilmelidir.In the event that the documents are translated by the sworn translator in the related country andApostille approval is available in the translation, any other approval shall not be demanded. If suchtranslations do not have Apostille cachet, signature and seal or stamp,if available, on the translationsshall be approved by the Consulate of the Republic of Turkey in that country or respectively by therepresentative office of the related country in Turkey and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic ofTurkey.c.
