<strong>IJ</strong>-<strong>80</strong>, <strong>IJ</strong>-<strong>90</strong>, <strong>IJ</strong>-<strong>110</strong>, <strong>WJ185</strong>, <strong>WJ220</strong>, <strong>WJ250</strong> - <strong>Rate</strong> <strong>List</strong> <strong>Configuration</strong>The <strong>Rate</strong> <strong>List</strong> can be customized to rename any of the rates based on customer operation.- For example, you can name 1ST / PRIORITY to LETTER so that you can easily identifywhich rate to select for mailing a letter.- Any modifications made to the <strong>Rate</strong> <strong>List</strong> prior to a USPS <strong>Rate</strong> Change will be lost when thenew rate software is installed. The <strong>Rate</strong> <strong>List</strong> will return to all default settings.The configuration of a mail type can include changes to any of the following areas of a rate:- Name- Mail Class (rate)- Mail Type- Services- DestinationTo Configure The <strong>Rate</strong> <strong>List</strong>:1. Log into SUPERVISOR MODE.- Press LOGIN.- Enter SUPERVISOR PIN, 9430.2. Ensure that there is a scale selected.- An icon in the SCALE box will be displayed.- If there is no scale selected, press the SCALE box and select the appropriate scale.3. 4. The <strong>Rate</strong> <strong>List</strong> is displayed.- Using the down arrow button, highlight the desired rate and press MORE.5. Press the box next to NAME.6. The keyboard will be displayed.- Enter the desired name of the rate.- The <strong>Rate</strong> <strong>List</strong> can be customized to rename any of the rates or eliminate rates based oncustomer operation.- For example you can name 1ST / PRIORITY to LETTER so that you can easily identify whichrate to select for mailing a letter.7.
