ROTOCUT stand alone
The flexible concept for straightening and cutting of
cross wire rods for standard- and special mesh.
Plant design:
• active horizontal or vertical spool pay-off with wire
compensation unit and integrated wire supervision
• alternatively in connection with a stretching-/cold
rolling machine and loop
• ROTOCUT base module with advance, rotating
straightening unit and flying shears
• straightening extension up to 3,2 m rod length
• automatic movable collecting trays
The ROTOCUT system straightens and cuts reinforcing
steels (KR/WR) with a wire diameter up to 8 mm in
connection with a spool pay-off or up to a wire diameter
of 12 mm in connection with a stretching-/cold rolling
machine.
