Fan Filter Units
Specially designed for control
panels and enclosures, the “FPF”
range of fan fi lter units off er :
• Compact sizes and low external profi le.
• Fast mounting thanks to plastic elastic hooks.
• Integrated sealing gaskets for dust and
water protection.
• Available with or without the fan, or with the
fan in standard or reverse airfl ow on request.
Standard Specifi cations
• Standard airfl ow direction from the outside to the inside
of the cabinet.
• Mounting without screws in square openings.
Tolerance range of 1,5mm.
Plate thickness between 1,5 and 2,2mm.
• Possible fi xing with V-shaped head screws (not supplied).
• Standard colour RAL7032 (RAL 7035 grey available to order).
• Washable fi lter media.
• Shielded ball bearing fans.
• IP54 (standard) or IP55 (on request) protection.
• EMC version available.
• Diff erent voltages available : 24 or 48VDC, 24VAC and
3-phase 400Volts.
• Lifetime (L10) between 45000 to 70000 hours depending
on models (at typical 40°C operating temperature).
• CSA approved.

Plastic Adaptors for “FPF” fan fi lter units
Axair Fans has launched a new range of
accessory to compliment the existing
range of fan fi lter units for enclosures.
A new adaptor/spacer has been added to the
range to improve the performance off ered by the
fan fi lter units, which will gradually replace the
A series products, the traditional screw-on type.
These adaptors screw onto the enclosure and are
available for three fan fi lter sizes.
Spacers also allow the fan/fi lter units to sit from 23 to 25mm outside the enclosure and off er the choice to
panel builders when the density of equipment is so high that there is no room for the fan fi lter units.
They provide a balance of dimensions outside and inside whilst maintaining the IP54 rating of the standard
FPF. There are also two colour options available RAL7032 as standard and RAL7035. Plus a gasket is
supplied as standard.

Roof Units
The “T” series of roof mounted exhaust
units are used to extract warm air from
the top of enclosures and control panels.
They are fi tted with backward curved motorised
impellers, which overcome pressure particularly
well. They can be fi tted with the FPF range of
door mounted fi lter kits for maximum effi ciency.

Thermostats
This range of bimetalic sensor thermostats
for controlling temperature in enclosures,
assures great fl exibility in the face of the most
demanding thermal management challenge.
With two main versions, these products are
suitable for heaters (normally closed version)
as well as for control of fan fi lters and heat
exchangers. They can also be linked to an
alarm signal to indicate excessive internal
temperature (normally open version).
Standard Specifi cations
Whatever the application, they assure high
performance and reliability :
• Narrow switch temperature diff erence
• Control range from -10° to +80°C
• Innovative fi xing system – Suitable for fi xing
onto DIN rail
These thermostats also off er a variety of fi xing solutions to accommodate 4 sizes of DIN rails.

This range of lights for enclosures off ers the
advantage of compact dimensions, quick

Thanks to the use of the electronic ballast device (instead of traditional magnetic ballast), they off er :
