1. Goals for this meeting To officially start the <strong>CPAP</strong> 2012-2015 development process*1. Hear feedback from stakeholders on<strong>UNDP</strong>’s s niche in T&T2. Develop first initial draft of plannedinitiatives 2012-2015 2015 for <strong>CPAP</strong> doc* <strong>CPAP</strong> scheduled to be signed at the endof 2011 between Ministry Planning <strong>and</strong><strong>UNDP</strong> T&T 3


2. <strong>UNDP</strong> Country Programme<strong>UNDP</strong> Country Programme 2012-2015:2015:was developed in consultation with T&TGovernment during 2010 <strong>and</strong> 2011connects to four out of seven Pillars for ofPeople’s s Partnership Manifesto which isOfficial Government Policywas endorsed by T&T Government in June2011 <strong>UNDP</strong> Executive Board session in NYwas approved in June 2011 <strong>UNDP</strong>Executive Board session by Exec Board4

AWPs are legal agreements between<strong>UNDP</strong> <strong>and</strong> Implementing Partnersconcerning specific projects The <strong>CPAP</strong>/AWP links outcomes <strong>and</strong>outputs in the CPD to activities whichare articulated in the <strong>CPAP</strong> <strong>and</strong>AWPs.9
