Expectations forspecific content areas are shared and effective study tips for success are demonstrated. Students explore math through the use ofgames and technology and discuss summer reading requirements. Creative writing talents are fine-tuned as students practice thewriting process used by great writers and authors. We introduce life in sixth grade with exciting challenges, activities, and team-building games. Theweek is academic in that expectations for specific content areas are shared, effective study tips for success are demonstrated, andsummer reading is discussed.
