8. The labour for removal of scrap, weighing, loading/unloading etc. shall beprovided by the successful bidder.9. The material shall be lifted from the place of storage at the cost of the successfulbidder.10. 50% of the approximate cost of the scrap shall be deposited before weighing andthe balance shall be deposited before lifting the related material.11. The material will have to be lifted on the same day of weighment on any workingday (Monday to Friday) between 1100h to 1600h except Public Holidays failingwhich the Bureau is not responsible for any loss, theft, pilferage etc.12. If the material is not lifted within 10 days of intimation of the offer, the same shallstand rescinded and no claim whatsoever will be entertained and material will bedisposed off to the next highest bidder. In the event of the same, EMD andCaution Deposit will not be refunded.13. The Bureau reserves the right to dispose to reduce/cancel/add fresh items on allquotation(s) submitted in whole or in part without assigning any reasonswhatsoever.14. VAT will be payable extra as per applicable rates.15. TCS shall be collected from the successful bidder at the prevailing rate and form‘C’ and ‘D’ shall not be provided to this effect.16. The Bidders are required to furnish the Permanent Account Number (PAN)/TINof the firm Allotted by the Income Tax Department.17.
