Dr. Black ability and great erudition in his profession,and is very widely known,was educated at Amherst and Sackville,N.B., Mt. Allison College, now Mount not only for his medical skill, but alsoAllison University. He received his on account of his interest in all mattersmedical degree from the University of concerning the public welfare.
