\\/ILLIAM JAS. LEWIS, M.D.,V V M.P.P., Hillsboro, Albert Coun-OK CANADA.the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh,with the degree of M.R.C.S.E.ty, N.B., was born at that place, September25th, 1830. He is the son of and commenced to practice at Hillsboro,He then returned to New Brunswick,Hon. John Lewis, M. L. C. whose where he has since remained, having afather and grandfather came to this very large and lucrative practice. Incountry with the U. E. During this long periodthe public have had thebenefit of his medical skilland able statesmanship.In either case the peoples'interests have always receivedable and satisfactoryattention. He belongs tothe I. O.K., and is courtphysician for Court Hillsboro,is a member of theMedical Association of NewBrunswick. He was alsoSchool Trustee for a numberof years, and is Coroner forDr. Lewis hasthe county.been married twice :first, in1877, to Milessa, daughterof E. E. Steves, Esq., postmasterof Hillsboro, andagain in 1885, to Catharine,daughter of John Duffy,Esq., Hillsboro. His familyconsists of one daughter.Dr. Lewis' father was amember of the House ofAssembly for nearly fortyyears, where he was a strongsupporter of the Conservativeparty.
