338R. JOHNSON,Man., was born May 2oth, 1858, inPerth County, Out. His parents wereJohn and Martha (Bainbridge) Johnson,both English. Mr. Johnson receivedhis education in the public schools ofunder Rev. W. B. Evans, of Mitchell,Ont. He removed to Manitoba and1882, took land north of Boissevain,where he remained until he went East.WALTER at Wickliffe in 1886. JulyIncumbent of i5th, 1888,Holy Trinity he arrived as a missionary at Killar-> Episcopal Church, Killarney,most successful worker, and loves towork in harmony with other denominations.He has now a handsome brickPerth County, and Wickliffe College, churchToronto. He at Killarney, and the missionstudied Latin and Greek is now strong and active. He is also asettled at Emerson in 1881, and in tive. He was married, January ist,1885, to Miss Sarah, daughter of Edwinto College again, and Olver, of Killarney, Man. His familyfinished his courseney, was ordained deacon in 1889,priest in 1891, and appointed incumbentat Killarney. Mr. Johnson is aschool trustee and a member of theC.O.F. In politics, he is a Conserva-consists of three daughters.
