324 ]VtEN OKRED. LAWRENCE FAIR-was called to the Bar as attorney October1 6th, 1890, and sworn in as bar-the office of Mr. OraWEATHER, P. King, in Sussex,LL.B., Barrister, and continued it in the office of White,etc., Sussex, N.B., was born July Allison & King, of the same town. Heist, 1868, at Sussex. He is a son ofDouglas M. Fairweather and Sarah(Spear) Fairweather, of London, Eng. rister October 6th, 1892, in which yearHe received his primary education at he was also a member of the Councilthe King's County Grammar school in Board of the parish of Sussex. In religion,he is an adherent of the Churchof England. In politics he is a Liberal,and takes a deep interest in the welfarefrom that institution in 1890, with thedegree of LL.B. He was the leader ofthe Mock Parliament of Dalhousie College,and gave promise then of a brightfuture. He began the study of law inSussex, N.B., and then entered DalhousieCollege, Halifax, N.S., remainingthere for three years, graduatingof his party, being secretary of theLiberal Association of King's County,N.B. He is a young man destined tomake his mark among the leadingmen of the country.
