34 CHAPTER 3: FILING ITEMS2. To move a folder up in the list, select the folder and click the MoveUp button. To move a folder down in the list, select the folder andclick the Move Down button. The following example shows thatthe My Documents folder was moved down.3. You can also use Windows Explorer tocomplete changes, such as retitling a folder and filing items indifferent folders. For more information, see “Using WindowsExplorer to manage items,” later in this chapter.DRAGGING AND DROPPING ITEMS INTO FOLDERSThe easiest way to move an item into a folder is by dragging anddropping the item. You can file items one at a time, or you can filemultiple selected items all at the same time.To drag and drop an item into a folder:1. Click an item shown on the Desktop.2. Drag the selected item into another a folder.3. When the folder is highlighted, release the mouse button.You can also put the selected item into a folder by using the Move toFolder command in the Desktop menu.
