See the PaperPort Help for more information aboutcreating new links.FAX ITIf your computer has a fax modem and fax software, you can use the faxlink to quickly send an item in PaperPort as a fax. The fax link isrepresented by a fax link icon on the Link Bar at the bottom of DesktopView.Send an item by dragging and dropping it onto a link icon. Thisexample shows dragging and dropping an item onto the WinFax Prolink icon.When the fax link icon is highlighted, release the mouse button. Yourfax application starts and you can send the item as a fax.E-MAIL ITIf you can send e-mail from your computer, you can send any item as ane-mail attachment, including pages, graphics, and photos. You can useeither the e-mail link icon or a convenient Send command to attach anitem to an e-mail message.
