If anitem contains annotations that you don’t want to include when it’sprinted, remember to hide the annotations first.To print an item:1. Select the item. It can be a single item or a stack.2. From the File menu, choose Print.orIn Desktop View, you can also drag the item to the printer linkicon.PRINTING FROM OTHER APPLICATIONSYou can print files from other applications onto the Desktop. This is oneway to get spreadsheets, pictures, database files, word-processing files,and other files onto the Desktop as PaperPort items.To print from other applications to the Desktop View:1. Start the application from which you want to print, and open thefile in that application.2. From the application’s File menu, choose the command for settingup the printer.
