Ready to Go Terms and ConditionsThis service is being phased out and replaced with new services in a phased regional rollout between Julyand October 2013. Refer to the Parcel services within <strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> section of this <strong><strong>Post</strong>al</strong> Users’ <strong>Guide</strong> formore information on the new services.Summary of keyfeaturesFor sending small items, letters and documents by courier within <strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong>.Signature on delivery, Saturday delivery and delivery to registered Rural Deliveryaddresses are available for additional costs (Saturday delivery is not available to ruraladdresses).The tracking service monitors the delivery status of your item. The delivery status isavailable at www.courierpost.co.nz or by calling 0800 268 743.DeliveryFor signature required itemsDelivery of the parcel is considered complete when we collect the signature ofa person, or their authorised agent, at the delivery address.If no one is at the address when we try to deliver the parcel, or we cannot getaccess to the delivery address, we will leave a ‘Card to Call’ at the deliveryaddress (or a place we think is appropriate if we cannot get access to thedelivery address). The card will explain where the parcel can be collectedfrom. Alternatively, the recipient can contact us to arrange for re-delivery ofthe parcel.If, for any reason, the addressee has not collected the parcel or arranged redeliverywithin seven working days of us leaving a Card to Call, you agree topay us any costs we incur in the transportation and storage of the parcel.
