Other ConditionsDelivery is only available to addresses within New Zealand, Great Barrier Island, the Chatham Islands,and Pitt Island.Delivery is available to New Zealand Post PO Boxes and Private Bags.We reserve the right to charge you the correct price for your parcel if we find that the correct paymenthas not been made.Pricing by Weight or VolumeYou will be charged the greater of:the actual weight of your parcel as determined by our scales; orthe volumetric weight of your parcel.To calculate volumetric weight multiply your parcel's volume (height (m) x width (m) x length (m)) by 200.For example: (0.5m x 0.4m x 0.5m) = 0.1m 3 x 200 = 20 kgPackagingPackaging of your parcel is your responsibility.
