Delivery to and from rural or remote areas maytake longer.* Major towns and cities.DeliveryFor signature required itemsDelivery of the parcel is considered complete when we collect the signatureof a person, or their authorised agent, at the delivery address.If no one is at the address when we try to deliver the parcel, or we cannotget access to the delivery address, we will leave a ‘Card to Collect’ or ‘Cardto Call’ at the delivery address (or a place we think is appropriate if wecannot get access to the delivery address). The card will explain where theparcel can be collected from. If a ‘Card to Call’ is left the recipient cancontact us to arrange for re-delivery of the parcel.If, for any reason, the addressee has not collected the parcel or arranged redeliverywithin seven working days of us leaving a ‘Card to Collect’ or a‘Card to Call’, you agree to pay us any costs we incur in the transportationand storage of the parcel. We may, at that time, choose to return the parcelto you at your cost (which may be equal to, or more than, the cost of sendingthe parcel).For non signature itemsDelivery of the parcel is considered complete when the parcel is delivered tothe address you have given us.If there is no one at the address when we deliver the parcel it may be left ina place that is weatherproof and out of public view.Some rural customers may only have Counter collection available to them.Dimensionsand weightrestrictionsWhen using our postage included packaging rangeThe base service is a Standard postal service.
