International Reply Coupon Terms and ConditionsSummary of keyfeaturesAn International Reply Coupon purchased in New Zealand can be exchanged overseasfor a postage stamp of the same value as the airmail letter rate in the country where thecoupon is redeemed, for a medium sized 20g letter to any overseas destination.An International Reply Coupon purchased overseas can be exchanged at PostShopsand selected New Zealand Post retail outlets for a postage stamp valued at themaximum overseas airmail (International Air) rate for a medium sized letter.International Reply Coupons for use overseas can be purchased at PostShop stores.International Reply Coupons carry an expiry date, after which time they cannot beexchanged.Prohibited andRestricted itemsSpecial conditions apply to Prohibited and Restricted items. Private Bags areavailable at selected locations.
