However, if you want to use stamps as thepayment method for your item, GST will be added to the required postage. Theminimum chargeable weight for International Economy Courier is 250g for documentsand 500g for parcels. Rolls and tubes are charged as parcels.Documents are charged at special fixed weight breaks up to 1kg. Merchandise itemsand documents weighing more than 1kg are charged in 10g increments.<strong>Post</strong>age determined by actual weightUnless you are sending in GoGlobal packaging, which will be charged at a flat rate, youwill be charged the actual weight of your item as determined by our scales (measuredin 10g increments).GoGlobal boxes are charged at a special flat rate, depending on the destination. Aspecial rate per additional kg applies after the initial weights are reached.Normal commercial discounts do not apply to postage rates when using GoGlobalpackaging (10kg and 25kg boxes).Return of undeliverableitemsUndeliverable items will be returned to you or destroyed according to the instructionsyou have given on the Consignment Note. If you want the item returned to you, youagree to pay us the full cost of returning the item (this may be equal to, or more than,the original cost of sending the item). Refer to the Consignment Note for further details.PackagingPackaging of your item is your responsibility. GoGlobal packaging is available for<strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> <strong>Post</strong> Account customers only, and is free of charge. GoGlobal packagingcan be ordered online at www.nzpost.co.nz. You may be liable to pay for damage toother senders' items or our or others’ equipment if inadequate packaging of your itemcaused the damage, or if the contents were prohibited under our terms and conditions.Prohibited andRestricted itemsSpecial conditions apply to Prohibited and Restricted items. Prohibited and Restricteditems include (but are not limited to) dangerous, perishable, fragile and high valueitems.
