The operation resulted in the arrest of MYRA GORRE y SABANAL, 34 yoa,married and temporarily residing in Zone 4, Brgy Looc, Dumaguete City, Negros Orientaland the identified leader of the newly formed “AGUIMAT Gang” whose other memberswere identified as Otik Managuil, Peter Allhos, Wewe Tan and a certain AL, they wereassociated with the “Ozamis Group” under CG target list of CIDG. GORRE was arrestedduring the buy-bust operation conducted by the above-joint teams and the recovery ofmore or less 0.10 grams of shabu worth Php1,000.00, recovery of the Php500.00 buy-bustmoney and Php2,000.00 cash proceeds. 3. The arrest of JOEL VIVA on July 29, 2011 at about 8:30 PM by elements ofBOHOL CIDT led by PI ARSENIO L MAGLENTE in Dagohoy Public Market, Dagohoy,Bohol. Subject is the identified member of “ZARAGOZA Gang”, whose other memberswere identified as Toto Pamor, Reynier Magat, Alexis Romar and Alias Mar, they wereinvolved in Gun-for-Hire and Robbery Hold-up operating in the Province of Bohol coveredby 7RCIDU COPLAN “OVERLAND” previously neutralized by BOHOL CIDT. Subject waslisted as the No. 1 MPW in Bohol Provincial Police Office. The operation was conductedby virtue of Warrant of Arrest in CC # 14753 for MURDER and CC # 14752 for Robberywith Violence Against or Intimidation of Person, both issued by Honorable Judge SUCESOS ARCAMO, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch-47, Tagbilaran City, Bohol with NO BAILrecommended and Php100,000.00 Bailbond recommended, respectively.4. NERON and Dumaguete City PS byvirtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under Criminal Case Number 2011-20589 forRobbery with Violence Against or Intimidation of Persons issued by HonorableNECIFORO C. under Criminal Case Number 2010-20032 issued by Honorable MA. MERCEDITA U.SARSABA, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 31, Dumaguete City dated July 16, 2010 withno bail recommended for his temporary liberty. DAIRO is believed to be one of thesuspects in the spate killings of high profile personalities in Negros Oriental, such as thekillings of 25 years old Ann Rose Bernadeth Neri, Miss Dumaguete City 2007 and Atty.Archer Baldwin R. Martinez on August 5, 2011 at about 10:15 a.m. in Liq Tak Bldg. atcorner Ma. Cristina St. and San Jose St., Dumaguete City. Arrested person is temporarilydetained at Dumaguete City Police Station Detention Cell prior turned over to the issuingcourt.8. The neutralization of the newly formed “LOPERA Gang”, a CG engaged inillegal Drug distribution in Toledo City. Said Group is affiliated with the “SANCHEZGROUP” CG under CIDG target list involved in Illegal Drugs. On August 25, 2011 at about5:40 PM in Brgy Matab-ang, Toledo City one (1) JOEL LOPERA y MAHILUM, leader ofthe said Group was arrested by joint elements of CEBU CIDT led by PCI GERMANO PMALLARI, Metro CEBU CIDT and Toledo City PS in coordination with PDEA7 during theconduct of buy-bust operation which resulted in the confiscation of more or less 3.50grams of shabu worth Php 17,500.00. A case for violations of Sec. 5 & 11, Art II of RA9165 was filed against JOEL LOPERA y MAHILUM (Detained) docketed under NPS # VII-17-INQ-11H-00114 & VII-17-INQ-11H-000115.9. The neutralization of the newly monitored “NESTO Gang”, a CG involved inGun-for-hire, Robbery Hold-up and illegal Drug distribution operating in Dumaguete Cityand adjacent Municipalities in Negros Oriental. On August 29, 2011 at about 5:50 PM inPerdices corner Sta. Rosa Sts., Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental joint elements of NORCIDT led by PSI RICKY P. NERON and Dumaguete City PS led by PSUPT CRISALEO R.TOLENTINO arrested one (1) LEONESTO CORDOVA y MORENO, the identified leader of“NESTO GROUP” and his live-in partner RHAVA HOYOHOY y DEGUMA during theconduct of buy-bust operation which resulted in the confiscation of more or less 1.20 gramsof shabu worth Php 4,800.00. Likewise, incidental to their lawful arrest one (1) Caliber .45Colt Pistol with Serial Number 102377 and eight (8) rounds of live immunizations wasconfiscated in the possession of CORDOVA. A case for violation of Sec. 5 in relation toSec. 26 (Conspiracy) and Sec. 11, Art. II of RA 9165 and violation of PD 1866 as amendedby RA 8294 were charge against Leonesto Cordova docketed under NPS No. VII-11-INQ-11H-00258, INQ-11H-00259 and INQ-11H-00260, respectively. Likewise, violation for Sec.5 in relation to Sec. 26 (Conspiracy), Art. II of RA 9165 was filed against Rheva Hoyohoyunder NPS No. VII-11-INQ-11H-00258.10. The neutralization of the newly monitored “SALERA Gang”, a CG involvedin illegal gambling activities particularly “swertres/lotting” operating in Clarin and adjacentMunicipalities in Bohol Province. On August 31, 2011 at about 7:35 PM in Sitio Ilaya, BrgyCandajac, Clarin, Bohol joint elements of BOHOL CIDT led by PCI RENE S. KYAMKOand Clarin Municipal PS arrested DENNIS SALERA y PIESAS, the identified leader of“SALERA Gang” and his brother NOEL SALERA y PIESAS and the confiscation of severalgambling paraphernalia’s, Honda XRM motorcycle and Php2,415.00 cash bets. A case forViolation of RA 9287 was filed against the above-named suspects docketed under NPSNo. VII-02-INQ-11I-00737.11. The Neutralization of the newly monitored “DE VERA Gang”, a CG engaged inIllegal Recruitment activities operating in the Cities of Cebu, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu. OnSeptember 8, 2011 at Banilad Town Center, Brgy Banilad, Cebu City elements of MetroCEBU CIDT led by PCI FERMIN D ARMENDAREZ III conducted entrapment operationagainst the said group which resulted in the arrest of CHRISTIAN DE VERA NEMENZO,the identified leader of “DE VERA Group”. Said suspect was arrested after receivingentrapment (Bodol) money dusted with Ultra Violet Fluorescent Powder, the arrest wasstemmed from the complaint of Jaisy Baya Taruc, 27 yo, single and a resident of Sto NiñoVillage, Brgy Banilad, Cebu City; and Cherry Edaño Revalde, 29 yo, married and aresident of Brgy Tipolo, Mandaue City for Illegal Recruitment, allegedly both victims were

enticed by the suspect to work abroad. Suspect demanded six thousand five hundred(Php6,500.00) as processing fee which both victim paid on cash on September 7, 2011without being given a corresponding receipt as proof of their payment, on anotheroccasion said suspect again ask for another payment supposedly for the visa processing.At this juncture, both victims doubted if said recruiter was indeed a legitimate one, theyverified with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and found outthat Christian De Vera Nemenzo is not in the list of authorized person/agency to recruitapplicants’ abroad which prompted them to report the matter to 7RCIDU for appropriatelaw enforcement action. The arrested suspect was immediately brought to Metro CebuCIDT office for proper disposition while documents are being prepared for the filing of thecase in court, additional victims show up to lodge another complaint against him. However,during the date of filing of the instant case, all the victims decided not to pursue the caseafter the suspect amicably settled his obligations to all the victims.12. The neutralization of the newly monitored “PULGO Gang” a CG engaged inCarnapping and Motorcycle theft operating in Brgy Lahug and Apas, Cebu City. OnSeptember 13, 2011 at about 4:30 a.m., joint elements of Metro CEBU CIDT led by PCIFERMIN D ARMENDAREZ III and RHPU 7 led by PO1 Rubelio Y. Oriesga of Mobile 701while on intensified operations against carnapping within Cebu City along IT Park,Barangay Apas, Cebu City arrested one (1) ALBERT PULGO y BORRES, 24 years old, ofNr. 569 Saint Peter Street, Barangay Poblacion, Talisay City. The suspect was arrested inpossession of a Motorcycle while just stolen from Purok 6, San Miguel, Barangay Apas,Cebu City, owned by Crispin A. Briones of Sitio San Miguel, Brgy. Apas, Cebu City.Arrested suspect and the recovered motorcycle were immediately brought to RHPU7office for proper disposition while a case for Violation of RA 6539 (Anti-Carnapping Act of1972) was filed against PULGO in Cebu City Prosecutors Office under Inquestproceedings docketed under CC # CBU-937-69.13. The neutralization of newly formed “Sweet Angels Gang”, CG engaged inprostitution and white slave trade operating in Sibulan, Negros Oriental. On September 21,2011 at about 10:00 o’clock in the evening at National Highway, Brgy. Boloc-Boloc,Sibulan, Negros Oriental joint elements of NOR CIDT led by PSI RICKY P.
