Creating debug hardware target configurations5.14 Changing the properties of a deviceYou can change the properties of any device in the scan chain, if required. The propertiesavailable depend on the device you are configuring. For example, if you want to capture tracefrom an ETM, you must make sure the Embedded Trace Macrocell (ETM) option is selected.To change the properties of a device:1. Select the Devices node in the tree diagram.2. Select the device in the scan chain configuration list.3. Click Properties... to display the Device Properties dialog box. Select the options you require.The options available depend on the device you are configuring.5.
