Configuring network settings for your debug hardware unitb. Enter <strong>the</strong> required details in <strong>the</strong> following fields:• IPAddress• Default Gateway• Subnet Mask.c. Continue at step 9.9. If you are using DHCP, select DHCP.10. Enter <strong>the</strong> hostname in <strong>the</strong> Host Name field. This must contain only <strong>the</strong> alphanumericcharacters (A-Z, a-z, and 0-9) and <strong>the</strong> - character, and must be no more than 255 characterslong.11. Select <strong>the</strong> required E<strong>the</strong>rnet Type:• if you know <strong>the</strong> type of network that you are using, select that type• o<strong>the</strong>rwise, select Auto-Detect.12. Click Configure.The debug hardware unit restarts. During <strong>the</strong> restart <strong>the</strong> unit is removed from <strong>the</strong> list ofunits. When <strong>the</strong> restart is complete, <strong>the</strong> unit re-appears in <strong>the</strong> list of units, with <strong>the</strong> newnetwork settings.NoteIf <strong>the</strong> debug hardware unit is using DHCP, <strong>the</strong> list of units might display its IP Addressas 127.0.0.2.
