ARM DS-5 Using the Debug Hardware Configuration Utilities

Configuring network settings for your debug hardware unitb. Enter the required details in the following fields:• IPAddress• Default Gateway• Subnet Mask.c. Continue at step 9.9. If you are using DHCP, select DHCP.10. Enter the hostname in the Host Name field. This must contain only the alphanumericcharacters (A-Z, a-z, and 0-9) and the - character, and must be no more than 255 characterslong.11. Select the required Ethernet Type:• if you know the type of network that you are using, select that type• otherwise, select Auto-Detect.12. Click Configure.The debug hardware unit restarts. During the restart the unit is removed from the list ofunits. When the restart is complete, the unit re-appears in the list of units, with the newnetwork settings.NoteIf the debug hardware unit is using DHCP, the list of units might display its IP Addressas 127.0.0.2.
