Troubleshooting your debug hardware unit10.5 A debug hardware unit is not listedA debug hardware unit might not be listed in <strong>the</strong> debug hardware utility for <strong>the</strong> followingreasons:• The unit is on a different subnet to your PC. In this case, obtain ei<strong>the</strong>r <strong>the</strong> IP address or<strong>the</strong> host name of <strong>the</strong> unit and enter <strong>the</strong> value in <strong>the</strong> IP Address / Host Name field of <strong>the</strong>utility you are using.• The unit has not yet been configured for use on a network. Configure <strong>the</strong> network settingsif you have provilege to do so. O<strong>the</strong>rwise, contact <strong>the</strong> person responsible for <strong>the</strong> unit.• The unit did not boot correctly. Reboot <strong>the</strong> unit.
