Troubleshooting your debug hardware unit10.2 USB server not accessibleThe following error message is displayed if a communication error occurs between <strong>the</strong> <strong>Debug</strong><strong>Hardware</strong> Config utility and <strong>the</strong> USB server application:The USB server might not be accessible because:Figure 10-2 Error message when no USB devices present• The USB driver did not load. In this case you might have to reinstall <strong>the</strong> host software.• The USB server application has stopped working. In this case, kill <strong>the</strong> USB server processand restart <strong>the</strong> <strong>Debug</strong> <strong>Hardware</strong> Config utility.NoteIf you do not want to use a USB connection, <strong>the</strong>n use <strong>the</strong> debug hardware unit over a TCP/IPconnection.
