If thesurface you propose to clean is not referred to, try a small test areafirst or contact your local <strong>Resene</strong> ColorShop or Reseller for advice.Application• Mix one part <strong>Resene</strong> <strong>Paint</strong> <strong>Prep</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Housewash</strong> to threeparts water.• Wear adequate protection. Use overalls, gloves, eye protection <strong>and</strong>suitable footwear.• Scrub vigorously using a nylon bristle broom or short, hard bristlescrubbing brush to remove all dirt, grease, mould <strong>and</strong> any looseflaking paint. Rinse with clean water.• Use more concentrated mixes to clean more heavily soiledsurfaces.• Ensure product is well rinsed off glass <strong>and</strong> metal surfaces.Concentrated product left on these surfaces may etch ortarnish them.CAUTION• Do not add <strong>Resene</strong> <strong>Paint</strong> <strong>Prep</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Housewash</strong> to paint.• Mild steel <strong>and</strong> aluminium are attacked by <strong>Resene</strong> <strong>Paint</strong> <strong>Prep</strong><strong>and</strong> <strong>Housewash</strong> <strong>and</strong> are unsuitable materials for either storage orapplication equipment.• Do not allow the product to come into contact with plants,stormwater outlets, streams or animals. May kill aquatic life ifallowed to enter the stormwater system.
