Outcomes of significant engagement processes during the year.Impact Assessment: The approach to environmental and social impact assessment of projectsis a concern for many stakeholders and cuts across a wide range of issues. Assessmentsprovide a baseline against which changes over time can be measured. The detailed results ofimpact assessments or similar studies are typically disclosed through formats other thansustainability reports. However, an explanation of impact assessment approaches and relatedstakeholder engagement, including case studies where relevant, along with how they addresscommon challenges, is an important part of reporting. Approaches to operational phasemonitoring to assess whether actual impacts are consistent with those identified in theassessment may also be included.280
