IBM can be asked to approvemining plans and mine closure plans <strong>of</strong> BSMs in consultation with AERB/AMD and helpState Directorates/ State Pollution Boards to build up the requisite expertise.7.91 The Committee also observes that AERB could go into the licensing procedurescarefully to see how best they can be simplified.
