POWER PACK INSTALLATIONTRUCK BODIESJack up the steel box containing the pump assembly until it touches at leasttwo cross members under the fl oor, three if possible, and the back of thetouches the truck chassis frame. Weld where instructed and remove jack.Leave room for tail lights.MAX.TRAILER BODIES20 feetWELDWELD18” ANGLEBRACEFLOOR CROSSMEMBERSWELD ALLSIDES OFANGLE8” (3 REQ’D,2 SHOWN)POWER UNIT BOXJack up the steel box containing the pump assembly until it touchesat least two cross members under the fl oor, three if possible and tack weld.Add braces provided to the back of the box and the side of the fl oor crossmembers. Weld both ends of braces and top of box.
