11. PRIOR TO OPERATION OF THE FIRST UNIT, 26 parking spaces for vehicles shall beprovided within the curtilage of the site in accordance with the current Fife Council ParkingStandards. A minimum of 2 parking spaces shall be designated, signed and lined for disabledparking in accordance with the current Transportation Development Guidelines.
